Parenting stretches us like nothing else. It highlights all of our areas for growth. It is relentless. And the stakes are high.
It can also be a wildly rewarding experience that helps us grow and evolve like no other life adventure.
I do not believe in good or bad parenting. I believe in effective and ineffective parenting.

“Life is just easier and better. I have more energy and I like myself as a parent more now. I used to go to bed feeling like I was failing as a parent. Now, most nights, I go to bed feeling good about the kind of parent I was that day.”
